Baths

Colette’s expertise in Bath design began in 1987 when she formed a design alliance as with one of the major retail kitchen and bath studios in Manhattan. After designing their showroom, she served as the studio’s Manager for four years.

Colette has designed everything from sleek, stainless custom to classic, traditional baths.

In 1995, Colette was the founding President of the prestigious Manhattan Chapter of the National Kitchen and Bath Association. Also a member of ASID, Colette has lectured to both groups on how to create a spa bath in your own home.

Colette’s secrets to great bath design are:

.  Designing a floor plan to make a limited space feel larger

.  Creating a serene environment for relaxation

.  Surrounding yourself with quiet colors and soft textures

.  Lighting for both a soothing mood and grooming needs

.  Building in storage for an uncluttered look

Colette can advise you on stress-free bathroom renovation:

. Know how to work with your building’s renovation guidelines

. Select the right contractor for your particular project

. Make sure that deliveries are timely and accurate

. Provide for project supervision and attention to detail during all phases of the job.

Colette’s work has appeared in The New York Times, The Daily News, House Beautiful Kitchens Baths and The Cooperator Magazine.
